I felt that it was imperative to not only give our artists and business owners a safe space to display their craft, but mental health advocates and professionals should do the same!

Constance "Connie" Ash: CAYCO EFFEX, LLC-COUNSELING.
Connie is a National, Board Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor with Supervising Privileges (LPC-S). I have been licensed since 2011 by the Louisiana Professional Board of Examiners, the National Board for Certified Counselors, and providing Mental and Behavioral Health Treatment for 14+years.
She has expertise in other clinical areas which include: Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), Certified Clinical Tele-Mental Health Provider (CCTMH), Certified Specialist in Anger Management (CSAM), & Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).
"CAYCO EFFEX was created because I had a burning desire to help people learn to see the glass as REFILLABLE with endless possibilities, instead of half full or half empty.
